Importance of making financial budget
Sunday, April 24th, 2011Managing money by making budget means more than going to work and pay your bills on time. It also means tracking investment accounts or retirement as the IRA and others. Also, receipts for tax purposes at year end.
The first thing to do is collect all your bills, including the debt that you have on your credit card. Set the stack and place it where you can see everything in one glance. Write it if necessary. Make a column for everything, including the name and address of the creditor. Do not forget to include the gas for your car and food and even in small quantities for purposes of entertainment.
Managing money is to make a budget, you can paste, then stick to it. Religion! Financial freedom is important and that’s how you find it. Do not let anything stand in the street. Be debt free in this economy is rare. Being part of the minority and get debt free now.
Next, know what your salary will be weekly or infrequently, you get paid. If you work with the same number of hours each week, then it will be easy and you will not spend much time on it.
When this is done, then take the list of bills and meet one week of each corresponding month. To do this, sort with a due date. If you need to drop the payments and make every month to say, your house payment, make sure you can just store each week so that by the end of the month, you can get enough to a house payment.
